I’m not going to lie:
The last 18 months have been hard.
And when you’re a coach, you want to be the perfect role model and show that your life is under control.
But even for coaches, life is rarely ‘perfect’.
Each of us has our own challenges and struggles.
Last year, after 12+ years, my marriage came to an end.
As I said, it’s been rough.
And this is why I’ve been quiet. While I’ve continued to train students, I’ve been silent on social media and sent few newsletters.
But this is about to change.
I’m starting to feel better than I have in years. And I’m eager to get back to coaching you!
So this Fall, I’m going to start working with a handful of clients one-on-one.
