I am obsessed with this app. I tried it out and in like 3 minutes I created a kickass listing presentation made from a few simple stills that looked like professional video editing with music, transition, voice over, etc… Only issue is that Videolicious works only for enterprises (large firms). I called them and asked about public use and they said they didn’t have anything except plans starting at 5 figures a year. I am desperately looking for a similar app to recommend to you guys to create professional listings videos in minutes with pro editing quality.

I use Mail Merge every week and it helps me effectively send hundreds of personalized emails without using any email marketing software and complying with all the newsletter regulation and limits. I love MailChimp and use it every week for BoatShowAvenue, Prestige Vision and YachtSalesAcademy. It is free, but even if you use the paid version it is reasonably priced. We have 5k subscribers in total and pay just over $50a month. It is very simple to use and useful to send lots of emails.
Great tool to easily create landing pages and capture more leads. You can either create simple option boxes or complete landing pages. Lots of tutorials to help set them up in minutes and lots of statistics. They even show you which landing page offers the best conversion.
There are lots of short URL generators out there but bit.ly is by far my favorite. A fantastic short URL generator. Add “+” at the end of any URL and access the statistics immediately to see how many people click on your links.

I love Udemy because it makes learning fun. I love the way their courses are organized into small chunks of videos. Progress bars, notes, pdf, etc…Some courses are pricey but they have a lot of free courses and sometimes they have $10 events where all their courses are at $10 for a limited time
